NANNINI FIRENZE aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, in accordance with the timeframes and methods indicated on this page. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and only if the items are intact and unused.
To submit a return, the customer must meet certain conditions: all items are delivered with an authenticity tag secured with a disposable NANNINI FIRENZE security seal, which must not be removed or damaged. Items must not have been worn, stained, washed, damaged, or altered. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags and internal labels still attached and intact. The goods must be returned to the courier within 30 days of the delivery date.

To exchange a color, model, or item, the customer must initiate the return process through customer service and then place a new order on the website. Returns for customized products or products unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, NANNINI FIRENZE reserves the right to refuse the return and to return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.

If the return is not due to an error by NANNINI FIRENZE, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the return request has been sent to servizioclienti@nannini.it , the customer service team will be able to purchase a shipping label for the customer (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund), or the customer can proceed independently by sending the goods to: Via Reggia di Portici 69, 80146, Naples (NA).
Shipping is at the customer's own risk: NANNINI FIRENZE is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays due to inadequate packaging or poor courier service. Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging received. All returns will be inspected by NANNINI FIRENZE staff to verify their condition. The company reserves the right to apply any necessary charges for the resale of the product. If the return meets all requirements, the customer will be contacted by customer service and will receive an electronic coupon for the value of the returned items, which can be used towards a new purchase.

By purchasing on nannini.it, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions indicated and has understood the characteristics, measurements, materials, and descriptions of the items purchased, as well as shipping times and costs. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after payment has been received. For orders paid for by cash on delivery, two telephone calls will be made to confirm the details. If there is no response, NANNINI FIRENZE reserves the right to cancel the order.
