Prepaid Label: Request it at servizioclienti@nannini.it; the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Self-Shipping: Send the goods directly to: Via Reggia di Portici 69, 80146, Naples (NA).
Responsibility and Packaging: The goods travel at the customer's risk until they arrive at our location. It is mandatory to use the original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid damage; we are not responsible for loss or damage due to transport.
Inspection and Refund: Upon return, the staff will verify the integrity of the products (reserving the right to apply charges for restoration). If the return is compliant, you will receive an electronic coupon for the value of the returned goods, valid for a new purchase.
